Paul Boullion

Originally from the Houston area, Paul moved to Tulsa in 1991 after completing his studies at Texas State University. He also studied marketing at Oklahoma State University – Tulsa. Paul moved to Tulsa and fell in love with the city, its people, and the many opportunities that were set before him. After four years working in the marketing department at a local law firm, he realized he needed to be challenged and made the move to a national life insurance firm. Eventually he migrated to the employee benefits industry where he worked for six years in sales as an Account Executive for a large national carrier. He is very proud of being an elite Eagle Club Member and awarded the company’s top salesperson. In 2005, Paul took a leap of faith into the broker world. Catalyst Benefits Group, LLC (CBG) has grown to become one of the top local firms in the state. He and his team tailor benefit solutions that help employers and their employees meet initiatives by offering programs with one common goal in mind—promoting and encouraging the overall health of the group. CBG has quickly become one of Tulsa’s fastest growing employee benefits firms. The CNG team was recognized as a Top 40 Fastest Growing Company in Tulsa in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Outside of the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his daughter Blaire, son Beau, and his wife Madison. He also spends time being involved with the Tulsa community, Tulsa Country Club, LifeChurch and traveling.
