Catalyst Benefits Group, LLC (CBG), a Tulsa, Oklahoma based company formed in 2005 as an employee benefits insurance brokerage firm. Paul Boullion, Managing Partner helped form CBG in 2005. With over 20 years of experience, including 6 years at BlueCross BlueShield of Oklahoma, he brings a unique level of experience and understanding to the industry. Juli Kraft, joined as a Partner in 2016. She brought with her over 20 years of experience, with majority of these years being served in the fully insured and self-insured markets while working for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. CBG’s support staff consists of Account Managers and Assistants which totals well over 30 years of experience in this industry.
